If you decide to return you boohooMAN.com items, the original amount paid using a gift card will be returned to you as a new gift card to your email address.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund any monies you have paid to us if we discover any pricing or other errors in relation to the order prior to the time of dispatch. We will contact you in these circumstances and give you the opportunity to place a new order. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

We also reserve the right to terminate your order if we believe that you have breached any of these Terms or the boohooMAN Gift Card Terms. If we cancel your order we will refund the sums you have paid to us within 5 working days, less any costs directly incurred by us as a consequence of your breach of these Terms.
